Cell and gene therapy has crossed from experimental to clinical. Multiple modalities are approved. The constraint now is not the biology — it is the system that delivers the biology to the patient.

The system
is not ready.
Manufacturing scalability, supply chain resilience, reimbursement architecture and regulatory coherence remain unsolved at the scale the field demands. The delay costs lives.

The principals
must be present.
These problems are not solved by working groups, white papers or conference panels. They are solved when the people with institutional authority to make decisions are in the same room, aligned.

The format
is the work.
CGTI is closed. Invite-only. No audience, no broadcast, no performative Q&A. The conversation is structured around decisions, not presentations. The room is the mechanism.
